Copies of this solicitation will be made available on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home at time of solicitation issuance. From the Gateway homepage, select "search RFP's" from the right hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFP's are in portable document format (PDF).
