Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to negotiate a contract with Poa Sana under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 15.002. There is only one responsible source for this unique plate fabrication process. The process will guarantee a high quality output with accuracy and precision, allowing for a quick timeframe in which plates can be produced. Poa Sana will introduce a process that is very efficient and has a definite economic value. The resultant contract will exceed the simplified acquisition threshold and the procedures set forth in FAR Part 15.6 shall be used.
