Description

The Washington State Governor's Executive Policy Office and Office of Financial Management will issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to assist with the State Planning Grant received from the federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). The focus of the grant is to develop a comprehensive understanding of people who do not have adequate health insurance; and to use this knowledge of the uninsured population to develop innovations in access, looking particularly at public/private partnerships. Letters of Intent to bid are due by May 15, 2001, and Proposals are due by May 25, 2001.
