Description

Sole Source contract to Logicon Syscon (formally International Research Institute) for engineering services to upgrade the Global Command & Control Systems-Maritime (GCCS-M) for Over the Horizon processing for all combat systems. This is a follow-on to contract N66604-98-C-4465. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee/Level of Effort (Term) type contract is anticipated. Total estimated level of effort is 25,915 manhours over 3 years. Labor categories include Project Manager -II; Engineer -- III; Engineer -- II; Computer Engineer -- IV; Computer Engineer -- I; Systems Engineer -- I; Analyst -- I; and Technical Writer. A single award will be made. Clearance to the SECRET level is required. See Note 22. SIC code is 541330. Estimated release date is 15 May 2001.
