Description

The US Army Communication and Electronics Command (CECOM) Acquisition Center Washington, on behalf of the Night Vision & Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD), Science and Technology Division proposes to contract on a sole source basis with Informed Diagnostics, to examine the use of cavity ringdown spectroscopy to detect explosive related compounds (ERCs). Informed Diagonistics will utilize their CRDS technology to perform experiments testing various ERCs, with the goal of determining whether the CRDS technology will ultimately be useful for the United States Army's requirements for landmine detection. The resultant purchase order will be fixed price. All requests for information must be in writing or via email. Telephone requests for additional information will not be honored.
