This is a modification to the combined synopsis/solicitation issued as RFQ-690396 dated 4/24/01. The CBD submission number for the solicitation announcement is 50K0X7. This modification changes the established response date and time as set forth in the solicitation CBD announcement. Two copies of a signed and dated proposal must be submitted to the FBI, 14800 Conference Center Drive, Suite 202, Chantilly, Virginia, 20151, no later than 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Thursday, 5/10/01. All proposals must be submitted in hard copy. NO faxed proposals will be accepted. The contact for information regarding this solicitation is Ms. Tracie L. Davidson at (703) 814-4722 or Mr. Paul D. Rankin at (703) 814-4914 between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday. This is a modification change to the proposal due date and in no way alters the content requirements of the CBD announcement.
