Description

The USCG MLCP in Alameda, CA, proposes to contract for replacement of CGC BUTTONWOOD's main propeller shaft water seals. All work will be performed at Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA, during the period of 14 through 25 May 2001. A Request for Quote will be issued on 9 May with a due date of 11 May 2001. For Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, The Department of Transportation (DOT) Minority, Office of Small and Disadvantaged business Utilization has programs to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged enterprises to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts.
