Description

Provide supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for full building performance based operation and maintenance services, (O & M) inclusive of mechanical, elevator, architectural and structural; performance based janitorial services inclusive of snow removal, landscape and grounds maintenance, carpet cleaning, and recycling for the Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, Atlanta, GA. This is a competitive 8(A) set aside procurement. NAICS code is 561720 for Janitorial Services and 235950 for Mechanical Maintenance. Size Standard by the SBA is $12M for 561720 and $11.5M for 235950. The anticipated tentative solicitation release date is on or about April 30, 2001, with an anticipated receipt of proposals not later than May 31, 2001. A ONE-TIME pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for Monday, May 14, 2001 at 9:30 A.M., EDST, and the conference scheduled to convene at 1:00 P. M., EDST,at the Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, Dining Room "A", in the Cafeteria Area/lobby level, Atlanta GA. All potential offerors are encouraged to assemble for site visit at 9:15 A.M., EDST. The Period of Performance shall be from September 1, 2001 to August 31, 2002, and will include four (4) one-year option terms. The contract shall be awarded utilizing formal Source Selection procedures. The incumbent contractor is Southeastern Facility Management, Inc. The current monthly price is $252,771.89. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available only over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide-Web, (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a www browser application. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically.
