Description

Anniston Army Depot is seeking companies who have the capability to perform preventive maintenance and unlimited emergency calls on two each Government owned Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) abatement systems. The Contractor shall provide all supplies, tools, repair parts and diagnostic equipment necessary to repair and perform maintenance on this equipment. The VOC abatement system is part of a dry filter paint booth manufactured by Spray Booth Systems, Inc with Arcadis Geraghty & Miller as the subcontractor. The system is composed of two paint booths, two regenerative thermal oxidizers and a supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA). The proprietary system design combines a patented technique for reducing the exhaust flow rate so that the VOC destruction is accomplished more economically and with smaller equipment, thereby reducing operating and maintenance costs.
