Description

Amendment to a prior CBD Notice. The CBD Notice posted on March 28,2001 (No.50H5S3) for the MEGA2 Quality Assurance Services RFP Did Not Include the period of performance which is one base year starting on or about October 1, 2001 plus four option years thereafter. This means a total period of performance of five years, including the option years. Additionally, the contract will include the clause at FAR 52.217-8 Option To Extend Services, which allows for up to six additional months of performance, beyond the five year period. By posting this amended notice now, the Administrative Contracting Officer Will Not need to synopsize his or her intent to exercise any contract option period prior exercise. Interested parties may Register, View, and Print the MEGA2ALS RFP at http://206.205.49.37/MEGA2QAS. The MEGA2QAS RFP files should be posted on the site by Thursday, April 26, 2001.
