Description

Contractor is responsible to for personnel, supervision, management, management support, equipment, facilities, supplies, etc. that are required to provide Department of Veterans Affairs beneficaries with a full range of MRI/MRA services in accordance with the contract. Offers will only be accepteed from contractors who are regularly established in the MRI/MRA business. Estimated workload per fiscal year is 10 MRI's and 3 MRA's. The base period of the contract is October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with four one-year renewal options available to the Government. Contractor facility must be within a 30 mile radius of Sayre, Pennsylvania. Personnel assigned to provide services must be licensed in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia.
