Description

Contractor to provide the services of a certified physician to perform Electromyograms (EMG's) and nerve conduction studies utilizing VA owned equipment at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 500 West Fort Street, Boise, ID 83702-4598. It is anticipated that the contract will be for the period of June 1, 2001 through May 31, 2002 with two pre-priced option years to renew. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business, NAICS Code 621498 with small business size standard of $7.5 million. A commercial item solicitation will be issued on or about May 1, 2001 with offers due on or about 5/22/01.
