Description

This is an amendment to combined synopsis/solicitation RFP 658-30-01 originally posted in the CBD April 12, 2001 for ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE TECHNICIANS for VAMC Salem, Virginia. Contractors are informed that they may submit candidates with less than three (3) years' experience, as originally stated in the above referenced synopsis/solicitation. These individuals shall be required to attend a VA Medical Center six (6) week training period at a lesser hourly rate of pay. FAR 52.222-41 Service Contract Act of 1965 as Amended, applies to this solicitation. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards from this synopsis/solicitation. Proposed prices, on company letterhead, completed Reps and Certs, FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and VAAR 852.219-70 Veteran-Owned Small Business may be submitted by fax to Contracting Officer (90C3) at (540) 983-1065. Copies with original signatures shall be submitted via mail or hand carried to Contracting Officer (90C3), VA Medical Center, 1970 Roanoke Boulevard, Salem, Virginia 24153. Due date for proposals has been extended until close of business, 4:30 p.m., local time (EST), Friday, May 4, 2001. All terms and conditions of original synopsis/solicitation shall apply.
