Description

On behalf of the U.S. Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Defense Supply Service-Washington intends to award a IDIQ contract (under the simplified acquisition threshold) on a sole-source basis to Swan Research, Inc. a woman-owned firm, for the following: analysis of survey data; analysis of written comments by respondents; production of frequencies crosstabs and codebooks summarizing survey data; writing summary reports; preparing slides/charts summarizing survey data and findings; and as needed presentation of the findings briefing. High quality, quick turnaround services are essential because the surveys must provide information to top Army leaders within short time frames. The period of performance is for 12 months after date of award with 2- year options. The resultant contract will be firm, fixed price. There is no solicitation document. This notice is not a request for proposals. Interested firms may send a capabilities statement to the attention of Carolyn E. Baltimore, DSS-W, 5200 Army Pentagon, Room 1D245, Division E, Washington, D.C. 20310-5200. This office must receive capability statements within 15 days from publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
