Description

Furnish maintenance services within the parks/areas of the Table Rock Lake Project Office, Branson, Missouri, for the period 01 August 2001, or date of award, whichever is later, through 31 July 2002, with options to extend through 31 July 2006. This will be an indefinite quantity indefinite delivery firm-fixed price contract including but not limited to: carpentry, painting, roofing, plumbing, septic maintenance, electrical maintenance, concrete work, and supply of stone and fill materials. Numbered Note 1 applies. The NAICS code is 561210 with a size standard of $5 million. Solicitation will be on Compact Disk (CD-Rom) and provided free of charge. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be allowed. Solicitation will be made available upon registration at the Little Rock Contracting Division internet website (address below). Solicitation will be available on or about May 14, 2001. Proposals will be due on or about June 13, 2001.
