Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; price quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated Provisions and Clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. FAR Clauses and Provisions are available via internet address: http://www.arnet.gov/far/. (iv) This acquisition is This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concern.. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561720/$12.0. (v). This is a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. (vi) RFQ's are due no later than 27 Apr. 2001, Local Time: 2:00 P.M. (vii) Place Of Performance: U.S. Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT (viii) Contract Period: 1 May 2001 -- 30 September 2001, with 4 option years. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsive, responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
