U.S. GOVERNMENT GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION WANTS TO LEASE SPACE MORRISVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA REFERENCE: LNC41049 AMOUNT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease office space consisting of approximately 8,104 BOMA usable square feet of office space of which 5,000 will be warehouse space with a minimum ceiling height of 15 feet. LOCATION: Space must be located within the area of the Raleigh/Durham International Airport. Bounded by the following streets: I-40 on the North to Aviation Parkway on the East to N.C. State Highway 54 on the South to Page Road on the West. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The space is required by December 1, 2001, for 10 years, 5 years firm with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years.
