Description

This project consists of constructing a 2-unit brick flush comfort station including a 2000-gallon septic tank, asphalt paving, 300 feet of drainfield and approximately 50 feet of 1-1/2" galvanized steel waterline. Project location is from Las Vegas, NV, drive northeast on U.S. 95 to State Route 156. Take SR 156 towards Mt. Charleston. Continue past the intersection of SR 158 and SR 156 for approximately 2.7 miles. Dolomite Campground will be on the left of SR 156. Estimated start date is 7/09/01 with 120 calendar days for completion. Est. price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
