Description

The Kootenai National Forest, Fortine Ranger District is soliciting quotes for reconstruction of Therriault Pass Trail No. 87. Work includes clearing, grubbing, and excavation on 6903 linear feet of new trail location. Clearing, grubbing, and tread work on 3872 linear feet of existing trail. Also included is one shallow stream ford, 7 switchbacks, and 50 treated timber or rock waterbars. Estimated start work date is July 15, 2001 with a mandatory completion date of November 1, 2001. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Not set aside for small business.
