Description

Colonial National Historical Park is soliciting bids for the renovation of the historic Thomas Pate House. The work consists of: site work, consisting of trenching for electrical, utility lines, and rain water leaders, brick paving and installation of a fire pump fault. Exterior work: consist of brick restoration, new gutters, and patio work. Interior work consist of: BASEMENT -- Demolition, mechanical, and electrical work, brick renovations and installation of wooden basement stairs. FIRST FLOOR -- Demolition, installation of handicap bathroom, commercial kitchen stub-ins, plaster work, and painting. SECOND FLOOR -- Demolition of existing bathroom, plaster work, painting and cleaning and reinstallation of bathroom fixtures. This list of work is an overview and should not be viewed as all inclusive. The government's estimated price of this requirement falls withing $250,000 and $500,000. All work shall be performed in York County, VA. Solicitation packages will be available on May 10,2001. A complete set of specifications and drawings may be obtained for a fee of $30.00.
