Description

The above Synopsis is amended to change the Performance Period. The Performance Period will be as follows: CLIN #0001 -- The Performance Period is changed from 180 calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed to 210 calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. CLIN #0002 -- The Performance Period is changed from 180 calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed to 120 calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The total Performance Period for CLIN #0001 and CLIN #0002 is 330 days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
