Description

The Army intends to competitively solicit industry for destruction of 2,611 tons of mustard (HT/HD) agent munitions stockpiled at Pueblo Chemical Depot (PCD). This effort will require a contractor to design, construct, acquire/install equipment, systemize, operate, and decommission a chemical disposal facility at PCD. A Second Draft Request for Proposal (Solicitation DAAA09-00-R-0156) will be issued on or about Wednesday, May 9, 2001 via internet site www.osc.army.mil. Prospective offerors are invited to provide comments and/or questions to Mr. Marc Lemon (lemonm@osc.army.mil) no later than 31 May 2001.
