Description

The Port Hueneme Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (PHD NSWC) intends to issue a solicitation for a firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, type contract for Type 3R Radar Absorbing Material(RAM). Current U.S. Secret Clearance and appropriate facility clearance is required. Foreign companies are advised that in accordance with the National Disclosure Policy, the information involved for full performance of this contracting effort is not releasable to foreign entities unless procedures are in place to negate foreign involvement. Tiles purchased by Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) under Purchase Order N63394-01-T-0130 will be used for evaluation purposes for award of the contract under this solicitation. Only companies that submitted proposals under RFQ N63394-01-T-0130, dated 26 April 2001, will be eligible for proposing under this solicitation. Qualified companies requesting a copy of RFQ N63394-01-T-0130 should contact Ms. Evelyn Vargas at 805-228-0627. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and paper copies of the soliciation will not be issued. The unclassified portions of the solicitation will be available on the PHD NSWC web site at http://www.phdnswc.navy.mil/procurements on, or about, 4 June 2001.
