Description

This requirement is for various Universal Modular Mast (UMM) Antenna System Parts (116 parts manufactured to NAVSEA Drawing Specifications), which are to be utilized on Virginia Class Submarines. Offerors will be required to submit a Technical Proposal that contains sufficient information to enable Government personnel to make a thorough evaluation and arrive at a sound determination as to whether or not the Technical Proposal demonstrates the offeror's ability to understand and comply with the solicitation's requirements. Award will be made to the low cost technically acceptable offeror who otherwise meets the requirements of the solicitation.
