The statement that states "Offers may be submitted in contractor format and shall include: ...(7) completed copy of the Representations and Certifications at FAR 52.212-3 and DFARS 252.212-7001 is changed to read FAR 52.212-3 and DFARS 252.212-7000. Closing date remains the same, 4 May 2001.
