NSN: PRON: AX1F5084AX, NSN: 8145-01-235-1536, PN: 7-266100011-45, Quantity: 157 each applicable to the APACHE Shipping and Storage. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 53 each, 315 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 52 each per month thereafter until completion. The First Article Test Report is due 198 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 53 each, 210 DACA and 52 each per month thereafter until completion. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing.
