Description

Services to include pickup of one berthing barge in Tacoma WA, transport to Contractor's drydock, dock, pressure wash, grit-blast, prepare surfaces, perform repairs, paint, undock and return barge to Tacoma WA no later than 13 July 2001. Berthing barge is approximately 146 feet long x 46 feet wide x 11 feet 9 inches deep. Approximate 690 tons displacement. Berthing barge cannot be transported outside Puget Sound WA. Contractor will provide all labor and materials. This action is 100% small business set-aside. This acquisition of commercial services is procured under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Service Contract Act applies. All responsible sources may submit a quote. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Requests can be faxed to (360) 476-8701. Note 1 applies.
