Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is contracting for installation of a fire sprinkler system located at the United States Penitentiary (USP), Florence, Colorado. A pre-construction conference will be scheduled and times included in the solicitation. Issuance date is anticipated for May 15, 2001. Closing (bid-due) date is anticipated for June 19, 2001 2:00 p. m. in the Administration Building at, USP Florence, Rm A143. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. The NAICS code applicable to this notice is 235990. Magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contract duration will be 60 days. Payment bond or irrevocable letter of credit will be required. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. See numbered Note 1.
