Description

The work includes providing all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, supervision, and management necessary for replacing damaged sprayed on polyurethane foam roofing (SPUF), removing paint from exterior steel framing, repair rust damage, repaint steel structure and incidental related work to building PM365 for the Ventura County Naval Base, Point Mugu, CA by means of a Firm Fixed Price contract. The estimated cost range is between $500,000 -- $1,000,00.00 Anticipated performance time is approximately 180 calendar days. This procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 23561. The Small Business Size Standard is $11.5.0M. All responsible business sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7) availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium; solicitation will be available for download free of charge via this website.
