The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficicient, accurate, or legible data to purchase this part from other than the current source(s). The approved source is McDonnell Douglas Helicopter (8V613). The required delivery when First Article is applicable is 108 each 420 Days After Contract Award. The First Article Test Report is due 268 Days After Contract Award. When First Article is not Applicable the required delivery is 108 each 280 Days After Contract Award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above.
