Description

A/E Services, develop a design package including working drawings and specifications for renovations necessary to relocate the dental clinic at the VA Medical Center, 1700 S. Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042. Design shall be in strict compliance with all applicable codes and VA regulations. Services are for renovations of portions of Building #17, fifth floor, to relocate the existing Dental Clinic from Building 1. Estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Area of consideration is limited to a 100 mile radius of VAMC, Lebanon, PA. Interested firms must submit forms SF 254 and 255. The acquisition is set-aside for small businesses under NAICS Code 541310. The numerical size standard for NAICS 541310 is $4.0 million. Responses must be received by close of business on 6/11/01.
