The above-numbered solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP) is hereby amended (Amendment #4) as follows: Page 14 and Page 15, Item #(4), are deleted in its entirety. Incorporated are the revised pages 14 and 15. Item No. (4) is revised to read: ?The Contractor shall be responsible for the maintenance of the Cafeteria Utility rooms. This applies to the dishwashing room, freezers/refrigerators and storage rooms. Spillage is to be cleaned as it occurs in all areas."
