Description

Non-personal services to perform 693 physcial exams. The physical exams will include: Occupational history (including Abestos history as defined in CFR.29, part 1910 and Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disease history) Physical Exam (including exposed skin, conjunctiva, and nasoropharynx) Pulmonary Function Test Chest Radiographs (with routine and B-Reader interpretations) EKG Laboratory: Routine Blood chemistry CBC Routine UA Liver Function Renal Function Blood Cadmium Blood Chromium Beryllium Lymphocyte Transformation Test Urine Cadmium Beta-2 micrglobulin (urine) These services to be performed at the Corpus Christi Army Depot. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
