Description

Provide Community Based Outpatient Care (CBOC) Primary Medical Care Service to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Services are to be provided to approximately 400 eligible veterans at contractors clinics located in South Central Minnesota. This contract is intended for twelve (12) months beginning on or about July 1, 2001, with two (2) additional twelve (12) month renewal options.
