Description

R-RFP-ED-01-R-0013 -- The U.S. Department of Education seeks to procure a contractor to implement comprehensive school reform strategies that are based on reliable research and effective practices. These strategies are intended to stimulate schoolwide change covering virtually all aspects of school operations. The CSRD program is designed to stimulate reform process to help schools improve their entire educational operation, based on a careful identification of local needs. RFP-ED-01-R-0013 is anticipated to be issued on/or about May 8, 2001. The RFP will close on June 8, 2001. Request for copies may be made by telephone, mail, and telegram or in person.
