Description

GCSS-AF Integration Framework (IF) Collaborative Industry Day. The Air Force plans to host a Collaborative Industry Day on the GCSS-AF IF on 15 May 2001. The purpose is to describe the Air Force's plans for the IF and to solicit industry feedback on those plans. The specific topics currently planned to be described include: GCSS-AF and its way ahead; the IF; the IF technology refresh strategy; the IF multiple products strategy; IF security way ahead; and related topics such as plans for a C2 portal. We plan to host this Collaborative Industry Day over the web from 1000-1400 EST using slides/vugraphs and audio for the presentations and a "chat room" like capability for industry feedback. We will post any follow up updates and details (e.g., registration) on the Electronic Systems Center's (ESC) Hanscom Electronic RFP Bulletin Board (HERBB See Note 26.
