Description

Furnish all labor, equipment, containers appropriately labeled (except for Government-furnished "Sharps" needle containers), supplies, materials, transportation and supervision required to provide pickup, transport, incineration and/or acceptable disposition of biomedical infectious waste, pharmaceutical waste, chemotherapy waste, biological/pathological waste, contaminated waste and Government "Sharps" containers. Contract period is July 1, 2001 (or date of contract award if subsequent thereto) through June 30, 2002, with four 1-year renewal option periods in accordance with the terms and conditions in the contract. Approximate issue date is 050101, approx. BOD 051601. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business, See Note 1.
