Description

Provide ambulance service coverage for trips authorized for VA beneficiaries originating at the Savannah Primary Care Clinic, Savannah, Georgia, or within Chatham and Jasper County for the period of 6/1/01 -- 5/31/02, 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, all in accordance with the terms, conditions, provisions and schedule of this solicitation. Trips may include transport to the VAMCs in Charleston, SC, and Augusta and Dublin, GA. Bid proposals will be accepted until May 14, 2001, 4:30PM local (Charleston, SC) time, at the above address.
