- Description
- The U.S. Department of Energy's SPR is requesting offers on its CAPLINE distribution facility identified as the St. James Terminal and Docks also known as the St. James Sugarland Terminal located in the State of Louisiana. The 153-acre terminal consist of six storage tanks and two marine docks with pipeline tie-ins to the CAPLINE and LOCAP commercial pipelines. Offerors are requested to submit proposals addressing the terms and conditions, rental structure, and a general description of the envisioned commercials operations.
