Description

Furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and incidentals to fabricate and install a new metal roof, built-in metal guttering, downspouts, soffitt and eave repairs, slate roof repairs and repaint a two story dutch colonial style family residence, 510 Cedar Lane, Hopewell, VA. Repainting of the Hunter House detached garage is also required. All work will be performed under a single contract and consists of four distinct sections as follows: Metal Roofing, Exterior Finish Carpentry, Exterior Painting and Slate Roofing. Contract is set-aside for 100% small business concerns. Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Proof of Work Experience and References are required. Contract period is 90 days.
