Description

Remodeling of St. Paul Headquarters 3rd, 4th and 5th Floor South Remodel Project. Project Site is located at North Central Research Station, St. Paul, Minnesota on the University of Minnesota St. Paul Campus. This project encompasses approximately 3,800 sqft of space and is composed of reconditioning hallways and lab rooms and remodeling of some labs to office spaces. Project includes: minor demolition; patching of existing plaster and tile walls; removal of asbestos containing floor tiles and insulation; and new: acoustical ceilings; floor tiles; fluorescent light fixtures and surface mounted electrical raceway. Necessary electrical wiring, rewiring and painting and staining. A prebid conference is scheduled for May 17, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. local time. Solicitation documents will be available approximately 05/03/01 and must be requested by fax at (651) 649-5285, Attn: Procurement. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated cost is less than $200,000.
