Description

There are three (3) line items. Furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment; and performing all work in strict accordance with these specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the repairs and renovations of restroom located at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. North American Industry Classification System Code is 233320. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c), therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Bids submitted must be in electronic format as stated in solicitation.
