Description

The Forest Service requires a new bridge be constructed to replace the existing single-lane bridge. The new bridge will be a two-lane, 58-feet long, prestressed concrete bridge with spill-through abutments supported on concrete footings. The project also involves reconstruction of the access road, including aggregate and paving. The project is located on the Bitterroot National Forest, Ravalli County, Montana. Bids are due June 28, 2001. The estimated start work date is September 4, 2001. The performance period is approximately 280 calendar days. The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered.
