Description

THIS IS THE THIRD NOTICE. This is a modification to the Solicitation Notice issued on 6 April 2001 (modified 10 April 2001) in the Commerce Business Daily. This modification is being issued to extend the date for availability of the solicitation on the website http://esol.navfac.navy.mil to on or about 7 May 2001. The proposal due date is changed to 6 June 2001. Proposals will be due by 4:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time, at EFA NW, 19917 -- 7th Avenue N.E., Poulsbo, WA 98370-7570. No fax proposals will be accepted. Additionally, the estimated value of the total contract is reduced to $100M with a projected annual budget of $20M per year.
