Description

Non-personal services to purchase and install three each portable fluid purifiers to the Corpus Christi Army Depot per the following specifications. The units shall be supplied as a complete turn-key operation to include delivery, unloading, staging, any necessary assembly and unit demonstration for acceptance. The units shall be complete and ready for operation upon delivery to the production shop. All units provided shall be equal in output and production. All units shall exhibit the following salient characteristics: Flow: 3gpm (min.) Max Dimensions: 36"L x 27 1/2"W x 35"H Max Weight: 350 -- LBS. dry weight Operating Vacuum: 24+/- 2"Hg Maximum Viscosity: 1300 SSU Inlet Port: 1" NPT Outlet Port: 3/4" NPT Electrical Requirements: 120V, single phase, 60 HZ (unit should draw no more than 15 amps running current) Required features: a. All units shall include a water sensor to control operation of the purifier. b. The units shall have proven capability with maintenance functions of the military aircraft worked at CCAD (UH-60, CH-47, AH-64 helicopters, etc.) c. Units shall come equipped with "service indicators" to signal the condition of the filters when element change is required. d. Units shall come with automatic controls to safely shut down the system if fluid levels and pressure ventures outside normal preset limits. e. Units shall come with standard manufacturers warrantly for parts and labor. f. Freight from factory shall be included in the cost. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
