Description

The Air Force Special Operations Command, 16th Contracting Squadron, intends to exercise option to purchase leased equipment, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Comdisco, Inc., 6111 North River Road, Rosemont IL, 60018, for existing computer equipment manufactured by Sun Micro Systems, Dell Marketing and ECCS Inc. See attached file for equipment listing. Anticipated award date is 15 May 2001. All responses must be identified by Wenrick002 and received in this office not later than 4:00 p.m., Central Standard Time, 10 May 2001. The government will consider all responses received within 10 days of the publication of this notice. The appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334111, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.
