Description

Note #1 -- TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. AMI-American Management, Inc. as prime contractor to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is soliciting proposals for the provision of demolition and Asbestos Abatement Services at South Warwick Apartments, 3362 Reading Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45229, to consist of one four-story apartment building containing 37 apartment units. Contractors must submit proposals in accordance with the proposal format in the solicitation. This will be a firm fixed price award and work is to be completed within 120 days from Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 18, 2001. All parties interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation must request a copy in writing, accompanied by a $15.00 check or money order from: AMI-American Management, Inc., ATTN: Carla Johnson, Contracts Director, 1720 Northwest Hwy, #350, Garland, TX 75041. The estimated cost for this project is between $750,000 and $850,000.
