1. nsn 4820-01-467-5505. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract with a 100% option which may or may not be exercised at the discretion of the government. Quantity 2700 ea to be deliverd to New Cumberland, PA with 160 days after first article testing. Submission of 1 ea within 160 days. Govrnment review will take 90 days for approval/disapproval.Waived source is General Pneumatics (08996). This acquisition is for suplies for which the government does not possess complete, unrestrictive, technical data, therefore, the government intends to solicit and ocntract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 u.s.c. 2304(c)(1). 8. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evlauation factos as described in the solicitation.
