Description
SYNOPSIS: Request for Proposal (RFP) Number: DAAH23-01-R-0611 is for the following requirement; PRON: AX9T6092, NSN: 2840-01-098-7704, NOUN: Blade(s), Compressor, Ro, Part Number: 2-101-244-04; Qty: 20,715 plus two years of 100% options per year; PRON(s) AX0T6001 and AX0T6063, NSN: 2840-00-559-0970; Noun: Blade(s), Compressor, Ro; Part Number: 2-100-027-07, Quantity: 17,114 each, plus two years of 100% options per year. These items are restricted to Doncasters Inc., Farmington, CT (Vendor Code 25818); Doncasters Inc., Rincon, GA (Vendor Code 1A9X5) and Honeywell Intl Inc., Phoenix, AZ (Vendor Code 99193), applicable to the CH-47 Turbine Engine. F.O.B. Origin to Texarkana, TX and Corpus Christi, TX. All offerors must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award of this Flight Safety Part, Engineering Testing Item. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Source Approval Request (SAR) information. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the Agency. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to closing date stated above.
