Description

This is an amendment to the above referenced solicitation notice. Remove the sentenance "Award will be all or none" (vendor needs to bid on all items). With reference to brand name specifications on the attachments (tool listings), change the statement (All Brand Names Referenced are "or equal") Change TO (All Brand Names Referenced are "or equal or better than"). This award will still be made as a "Best Value" to the Government.
